Due to the irreversible digital nature of downloadable software, source code, and prompt packs, all sales are generally final once the digital files have been downloaded.
Eligible Refund Situations
- Duplicate payment charges for the exact same transaction.
- A verified technical defect in the files that our support team cannot resolve within 5 business days.
- Failure to receive download entitlement after verified payment confirmation.
